Minimum Order Value – Our minimum order value is £150 and UK carriage paid is £400 (excl. VAT). Carriage is £15 for UK Mainland. For any destination outside the UK carriage will be charged at a cost equal or greater to UK carriage.
Placing an order – Orders can be placed via Email (sales@sitt-england.co.uk) or Phone (01229 869111). When placing an order please have the product code and qty’s at hand or included within the email.
Exclusivity – We offer a 5-mile exclusivity of our products for our customers and reserve the right to refuse any prospective customer if their location could affect the trading of an existing customer.
Online product listings – We allow for customers to list our products online. We do not however, allow any of our customers to sell our products online via Amazon or Ebay.
Payment – We are happy to accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or by debit card. We don’t accept credit cards. Cheques are not cashed until items are ready to send.
New Accounts – New customers will be placed on Proforma basis. Customers can apply for a credit account allowing for Net-30 Payment terms – 2 Trade references are required to apply for a credit account.
